How long will it take for my items to arrive to me?

For Example: Your jewel's processing time is 1-3 days and you elected Standard Shipping of 3-6 business days, max delivery time is 9 business days and lowest delivery time will be 4 business day.

If I purchase the wrong jewelry ring size can I exchange for the correct size?
Answer: Satisfaction Is our goal simply contact customer service within the 30 day exchange period to receive A Return Authorization Code and your package can be exchanged for the exact same item different size to avoid paying a 10% EXCHANGE FEE. Will my items look exactly as pictured?
Answer: We take great care when providing enhanced detail pictures of our items, however, due to the natural settlement in stones organic or natural there can be a slight variance in color.
Do you offer half sizes or sizing services?
Some jewels offer half sizes, currently we don't offer sizing services unless listed as a product option. If your ring size fall's between sizes we suggest you go the next size up.
