How long will it take for my items to arrive to me?

Answer: the time it takes for your product to arrive depends on the product processing time listed in the description of every product, plus the shipping time frame. For example, if your item processing time is 3-4 days and you elected standard shipping of 3-5 business days, max delivery time is 9 business days and lowest delivery time will be 6 business day.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Answer: Yes, we offer free standard 3-5 business day shipping within the Continental United States.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Answer: No we do not however, we will be offering coverage very soon.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Box?

Answer: No

 

Do you offer free return shipping?

Answer: No, We only cover return shipping in situations of defective items or approved warranty related exchanges.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Answer: Yes, we offer Priority shipping with a delivery time of  1-3 business day at a cost of $10.

 

Is a signature required for all packages?

Answer: Yes, to protect our customers it is mandatory that every item shipped or returned to us have signature confirmation and we suggest insurance in cases of return or exchange for those unforeseen situations.

Jewelry/Accessories

 

Can accessories be returned?

Answer: Accessories are final sale and can only be returned in cases of defect or damage upon arrival.

 

Can Jewelry be returned for a cash refund?

Answer: Only in cases of defective upon arrival/ non-stockable item.

 

If I purchase the wrong jewelry ring size can I exchange for the correct size?

Answer: Satisfaction Is our goal simply contact customer service within the 15 day exchange period to receive A Return Authorization Code and your package can be exchanged for the exact same size. Keep in mind items for exchange must be new, unworn with tags and original boxing. Please click

Do you offer a warranty on your items?

Answer: Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on our Jewelry items only.

 

Will my items look exactly as pictured?

Answer: We take great care when providing enhanced detail pictures of our items, however, due to the natural settlement in stones organic or natural there can be a slight variance in color.



Do you offer have sizes or sizing services?

No, currently we do not offer half sizes or sizing services unless listed as a product option. If your ring size fall's between sizes we suggest you go the next size up.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

 

What form of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Visa/Debit or Paypal. We do not accept cash, checks, installments, nor Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.

 

Is it safe to make payments on your site?

Answer: Yes our site is PCI DSS compliant. PCI DSS is credit and debit card standards implemented by the Payment Card Industry Standards Council to provide protection, decrease credit card fraud and prevent information exposure.
