Return/Exchange

Jewelry

● Repair and/or exchanges of jewelry are free of charge for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.

● No exchanges or repairs will be provided to worn or merchandise damaged by negligence.

● Jewelry with defects qualify for exchange of exact same item ordered.

● non-defective jewelry items only can be exchanged for the same item in a different size within 15 days.

● non-defective, non-worn (in new condition) jewelry items unavailable for immediate exchange, will be allowed a 2 week restock period before STORE CREDIT will be given. In the case of a standard return request, STORE CREDIT will be given.

● Defective, non-worn (in new condition) jewelry items unavailable for exchange will result in FULL REFUND.

Accessories

● Accessories that arrive defective in new unworn condition will be exchanged for the same item. If the item cannot be restocked within the 2 weeks restock period a REFUND will be given.

● Standard refunds are not accepted on accessories as they are FINAL SALE.

Terms and Conditions

● Qualifying Returns/Exchanges may ONLY be accepted within 15 days of receipt.

● Final sale items/accessories are not available for returns (unless defective upon arrival).

● Any returned packages without a Return Authorization Code (RAC) issued directly by Detroit Beauty Essentials will not be accepted.

● For your protection, all returns/exchanges MUST be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers). Desired Beauty Essentials will not accept responsibility for lost/damaged/destroyed packages. All Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.

● Return shipping is free for defective returned items only

● All shipping cost outside of the defective reasoning is the customer's responsibility.

● Any returned shipments along with COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

● Only ONE exchange allowed in the 15 days allowable exchange period.

Procedure

● Please contact us by phone at toll-free 833-213-4323 (US only), or e-mail us at contact_us@DBEJewels.com within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos identifying the reason for return.

● You will then be issued a Return Authorization Code# and form, that will need to be included in your package to ensure proper return processing.

● Refunds/Store Credits will NOT be issued in advance of item receipt. Once the item is returned and verified a credit will be entered less shipping fees unless in the case of a defective item.

 Warranty

Jewelry items only come with 30 days warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe you have a manufacturing defect please contact Quality Assurance team at contact_us@DBEJewels.com so we can help determine if a defect is present. If the evaluation determines your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.

If the evaluation determines that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

Please note that it is normal to find slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored stones are unique and individual to each item. These unique characteristics are considered to be part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

Detroit Beauty Essentials reserves the right to void the warranty on any item showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
